It has urged all stakeholders connected with education, namely parents, students, teachers, and school heads, to arrive at a consensus regarding the minimum usage of mobile phones in school. The directive seeks to create a more meaningful learning atmosphere in classrooms, reduce distractions, and prohibit activities such as bullying, harassment, and transmission of explicit images.
